Managing Director of Infocilion Teletech BD (Md) Mabrur Hossain said that the tests are going on from Saturday night to launch the service. Small issues have been solved. Customers can change the operator from Monday morning.

In order to change the operator, the customer will have to go to the customer care or service center related to the National Identity Card (NID) information related to the operators (who are willing to go). According to the rules, the new SIM will be introduced in 72 hours. Once the operator changes, the customer will have 90 days in the new operator.

Once the operator has to pay 50 rupees to change the operator. It has 15 percent value addition tax or VAT. As a result, customer fees stand at Tk 57 and 50 paise. To change the operator every time, the customer will have to take a new SIM. The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has a tax of 100 taka above SIM replacement or replacement. As a result, the subscriber fee is 158 taka. However, operators can take less fees from customers to pull them off. As a result, the operators will not be able to say how much it will take. Outside the operator fee is 100 rupees, which MNP service provider will have to pay.
